Of rectangular form with canted corners, decorated with foliage work, illusory lock on the front, keyhole on the lid, concealed by a lid that can be opened by means of a mechanism on the carbochon. The lid complex with elaborately wrought locking mechanism with 12 bolts and original hollow spindle key, the central panel with crowned coat of arms of the Imperial Counts von und zu Stadel-Kornberg, supported by two genies.
